I have been working out with Ethan since January 1, 2017.
Before Ethan, I worked out here and there but I wasn’t fully committed to a exercise program. My weight gain was starting to show in my pictures, with my clothes, and obviously on my scale. I knew I had to do something about this excess weight before it got out of hand. I knew I needed help with my accountability so I looked for a trainer.
I found Ethan on a whim and he couldn’t be a better fit for me! I workout with him twice a week and have seen some great changes in myself in less than 6 months. I am stronger, feel better, and I am working with him on eating better! When I follow his eating plan accompanied with his workouts, I see a big difference on how my clothes fit!
Ethan is not only professional, but he listens to me, answers all of questions with his scientific background, and pushes me to do better with each session.
I am excited to see more changes in my body because of working out with Ethan. I just have to learn to say no to the cake and burgers!
